Imagine traveling with your family, serving alongside one another, experiencing a new culture, making memories, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

In October 2027, we’re headed to Puerto Rico for a Family Mission Trip, and everyone is welcome! Bring your children, grandchildren, parents, friends—or come on your own and become part of the family.

To reserve your spot, a $150 deposit is suggested. Registration and deposits are due no later than December 1, 2026, allowing us to establish a monthly payment plan for everyone participating.

WHO?

The whole family!

This will be a Family Mission Trip facilitated by Praying Pelicans, a nonprofit organization specializing in church and group mission experiences.

We’re excited to partner with Praying Pelicans because of their exceptional organization and experience in creating meaningful, well-planned mission trips. They will help coordinate our accommodations, transportation, flights, and mission opportunities so we can focus on what really matters: serving, experiencing, and connecting.

All ages are welcome!

WHAT?

A little bit of service, a little bit of adventure, and a lot of memories!

Our exact mission projects will take shape as the trip gets closer. Depending on the needs of the community, past projects have included:

• Hurricane and disaster relief
• Painting and building projects
• Kids' camps and activities
• Food pantry assistance
• Community outreach
• Other hands-on opportunities to serve

We may not know exactly what we’ll be doing until closer to the trip—and that’s part of the adventure!

What we do know is that we’ll roll up our sleeves, work hard, laugh a lot, and have the opportunity to see the impact that a group of willing people can make.

And when the work is done? We’ll make time to play hard, too!

WHEN?

October 16–22, 2027

Registration and $150 deposit are due by December 1, 2026.

Getting registered early allows us to create a monthly payment plan for those participating, making it easier to plan and budget for the trip.

WHERE?

Puerto Rico

We’ll be staying together in a hotel or resort arranged by Praying Pelicans.

And here’s some good news:

No sleeping on church floors. No sleeping bags in a gym. No roughing it!

We’ll have comfortable accommodations where we can relax and recharge after our days of serving and exploring.

WHY?

Because serving together changes us.

Mission trips have a way of becoming more than just a trip. They create stories you’ll tell for years, strengthen relationships, open your eyes to new experiences, and remind us that even small acts of service can make a big difference.

We’ll travel together!

Praying Pelicans will arrange our group flights, allowing us to travel together from the beginning.

They will also coordinate:

• Group airfare
• Transportation while in Puerto Rico
• Hotel/resort accommodations
• Mission projects and opportunities
• Trip logistics and coordination
