 \nIn October 2027\, we’re headed to Puerto Rico for a Family Mission Tri
 p\, and everyone is welcome! Bring your children\, grandchildren\, parents
 \, friends—or come on your own and become part of the family.\nTo reserv
 e your spot\, a $150 deposit is suggested. Registration and deposits are d
 ue no later than December 1\, 2026\, allowing us to establish a monthly pa
 yment plan for everyone participating.\nWHO?\nThe whole family!\nThis will
  be a Family Mission Trip facilitated by Praying Pelicans\, a nonprofit or
 ganization specializing in church and group mission experiences.\nWe’re 
 excited to partner with Praying Pelicans because of their exceptional orga
 nization and experience in creating meaningful\, well-planned mission trip
 s. They will help coordinate our accommodations\, transportation\, flights
 \, and mission opportunities so we can focus on what really matters: servi
 ng\, experiencing\, and connecting.\nAll ages are welcome!\nWHAT?\nA littl
 e bit of service\, a little bit of adventure\, and a lot of memories!\nOur
  exact mission projects will take shape as the trip gets closer. Depending
  on the needs of the community\, past projects have included:\n\nHurricane
  and disaster relief\nPainting and building projects\nKids' camps and acti
 vities\nFood pantry assistance\nCommunity outreach\nOther hands-on opportu
 nities to serve\n\nWe may not know exactly what we’ll be doing until clo
 ser to the trip—and that’s part of the adventure!\nWhat we do know is 
 that we’ll roll up our sleeves\, work hard\, laugh a lot\, and have the 
 opportunity to see the impact that a group of willing people can make.\nAn
 d when the work is done? We’ll make time to play hard\, too!\nWHEN?\nOct
 ober 16–22\, 2027\nRegistration and $150 deposit are due by December 1\,
  2026.\nGetting registered early allows us to create a monthly payment pla
 n for those participating\, making it easier to plan and budget for the tr
 ip.\nWHERE?\nPuerto Rico \nWe’ll be staying together in a hotel or resor
 t arranged by Praying Pelicans.\nAnd here’s some good news:\nNo sleeping
  on church floors. No sleeping bags in a gym. No roughing it! \nWe’ll ha
 ve comfortable accommodations where we can relax and recharge after our da
 ys of serving and exploring.\nWHY?\nBecause serving together changes us.\n
 Mission trips have a way of becoming more than just a trip. They create st
 ories you’ll tell for years\, strengthen relationships\, open your eyes 
 to new experiences\, and remind us that even small acts of service can mak
 e a big difference.\nThis is an opportunity to:\nTravel somewhere new\nSer
 ve others\nSpend meaningful time with family\nExperience Puerto Rico\nGrow
  in faith and community\nHave a LOT of fun along the way\nBring your child
